Brief Bio

Summary Professional Profile

For over 20 years, I have been passionately involved in developing strong administrative process visibility at higher education and corporate organizations.  My love for seeing people trained and developed into formidable agents of change whether it be within learning organizations with private, government, corporate or academic environments has resulted in so many across the world serving faithfully and productively within their spheres of professional life. 
 
My drive to develop people, processes and programs, led me to hone my knowledge and skills in general human resources, training, facilitation and mentoring.  I concluded many years ago that an organization can invest in all kinds of resources to meet and exceed their planned goals, but if they miss out on investing in people development (often referred to as human capacity development) all of the other investment can come to naught.
 
I have connected and interacted with people from diverse cultural backgrounds through local and international travels, and virtually. I have trained and mentored hundreds of students, managers, and executives from different backgrounds.

Process:  In my career, I have initiated and contributed to developing and streamlining processes. I have helped organizations where I work or provide consultation to ensure that value is placed on improving and managing processes.  Recently, I was engaged with key stakeholders on the value of process visibility that contributes to effective and efficient performance in every sphere of the organization.  In order to activate visible processes, I have led management teams in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) at the macro and micro levels of the organization.

Project Development

I have been successful in reviewing, revising and implementing curriculum design and development along with training packages:  Led educational institutions through internal and external collaborations to develop subject-matter curricula and training materials.  
I am a strong administrator, a creative teacher, a highly articulate individual, and an excellent team player.
